This Throwback Night jersey was prepared for use by Eric Meloche on April 8, 2005 while he played for the Philadelphia Phantoms during the 2004-2005 American Hockey League regular season.

Meloche played in 63 games for the Phantoms during the 2004-05 season. He scored six goals and made 11 assists while racking up 102 penalty minutes. In the Calder Cup Playoffs, he scored three goals, made two assists, and earned 18 penalty minutes in 17 games to help the Philadelphia Phantoms captured the franchise's second Calder Cup Championship.
