Over 10 seasons in the NHL, Huselius played in 662 games for three teams. He scored 190 goals and finished with 451 points. In 2001, he was named a finalist for the Calder Memorial Trophy for the league's Rookie of the Year, eventually placing third, and was named to the All-Rookie Team. In Sweden, Huselius was a three-time Elitserien Champion and was named the league's Most Valuable Player in 2001. That year, he won a bronze medal at the World Championship representing his country, a feat he would repeat in 2002 and 2009.
