Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on the jersey amount. This sales tax is based on where the item will be sent. A sales tax is payable by residents of the following states and at the following rates for shipments inside the United States:
New Jersey (NJ) = 6.625%

California (CA) = 7.25%

Payment Options

MeiGray accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal payments through our secure checkout. Money Orders and Checks are also accepted forms of payment.

Please note: Items purchased with certified funds (money order or bank check) will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt. Personal checks will be held for 15 business days upon receipt.

Returns

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given as long as jerseys are returned within 7 days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping/insurance charges are not refundable unless an error has been made by NHL-MGG.

Layaways

Layaways are permitted for any purchased or pre-ordered jerseys, but pre-ordered jerseys must be paid in full no later than 7 days before jersey is available for delivery.

Layaways are permitted on any in-stock item. Layaways can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, but our general layaway terms are as follows: Jerseys priced under $1,000, 33 percent down and 60-day maximum layaway. Jerseys priced over $1,000, 25 percent down and 90-day maximum layaway. 

Credit cards or post-dated checks only on all layaway payments. No refunds on returned layaway items. Exchanges only.

Delinquent layaways will be handled as follows: Once payment is 30 days overdue, item will be re-marketed. When jersey sells, payments made will be refunded minus 5 percent of the full retail price.

Conditions of Sale

• All bids are binding.
• Items are sold in "as-is" condition.
• Due to the unique nature of each item, all sales of authenticated items are final.
• Buyer acknowledges that Seller shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with the sale of items on this site.
• These Conditions of Sale are subject to change without prior notice.
• Seller reserves the right to extend or cancel the auction at any time.

Payment Terms

To prevent fraudulent bidding, we require a credit card to place a bid on any auction item. Payment types accepted include American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

The credit card will be authorized to ensure it is valid. A temporary transaction of $1 dollar will appear on the card for a nominal dollar amount. This authorization is temporary and will be automatically deleted as soon as a credit card is authorized.

The credit card on file will be automatically processed to pay for the auction item if you are the successful auction winner.
On the next business day after the auction closes.

Buyer pays all shipping costs as determined at the time of sale.

Buyer pays all applicable, tariffs, duties and any additional costs associated with shipping inside or outside of North America (if any).

Buyer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes to the proper jurisdiction (if any).

Placing A Bid

When a user places a bid, they will be notified via email to confirm that bid. They will also be notified via email if they are outbid. Please keep refreshing the website during a current auction to see if the lots have had any activity on them. The website will not automatically do this for you.

Five-minute rule in effect during the final minutes of each auction lot.

MeiGray uses the five-minute rule at the close of each auction lot. If a bid is placed that exceeds the previous high bid during the final five minutes of any auction lot, the time remaining for that auction lot will reset to five minutes. This may happen an indefinite number of times, until no bids are placed for five minutes. Each time a new high bid is placed on a lot, that lot’s remaining time will automatically be extended, reset at five minutes. When no bid is placed for the final five minutes, the lot will close.

High Bidding Tie

If a user places a max bid and is the first user to do so on a lot, they will win that lot if there is a tiebreaker. This happens when two users place the same bid amount for an item.

Shipping Terms

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Internationally. Shipping charges will be added to the final bid price of each item. Please contact sales@meigray.com PRIOR TO THE FINAL 48 HOURS of each auction if you have specific shipping instructions.
