This wool Size 44 jersey remains in excellent condition despite its age and the wear from the 1952 Olympics and more than 68 years of storage. Remarkably, the Cosby and Co. tag and Size 44 tag remain in terrific condition inside the jersey's hem, evidence of this historic jersey's origin and authenticity.

Yackel scored six goals with three assists in seven games, finishing second on the team in points. Team USA won the Silver Medal after victories over Norway, Germany, Finland, Switzerland, Poland and Czechoslovakia.

Yackel played in six NHL games with the Boston Bruins in 1958-59.

This jersey includes a Heritage Auctions Letter of Provenance and Certificate of Authenticity.
