Dave Schultz wore this orange jersey while playing for the Philadelphia Flyers during the 1974 Stanley Cup Finals, the season the Flyers won their first Stanley Cup in franchise history. The jersey is photo-matched to a fight with Carol Vadnais during the Flyers' 5-1 loss to the Boston Bruins on May 16, 1974 in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals.

Schultz helped lead the Broad Street Bullies to their first Cup, four games to two over the Boston Bruins. It was the first of back-to-back titles for "The Hammer" and the Flyers.

Schultz led the NHL with 348 PIMs in 1973-74, while chipping in 20 goals with 16 assists in 73 games. He was one of the NHL's most popular and greatest enforcers, but was also a contributor on the stat line as he scored 79 goals with 121 assists in 535 NHL games and served 2,292 minutes in the box, an average of over two minor penalties per game.
