Edmonton Oilers forward Jimmy Carson wore this jersey during the 1988-89 NHL season.

The jersey exhibits multiple team repairs and black marks.

The jersey has the Oilers 10th anniversary patch on the right shoulder. The back hem of the jersey is also unique. The screened Nike logo has been cut out of the hem and that portion of the jersey is replaced with a clean piece of mesh jersey. "1988/1989" has been handwritten in marker inside the back collar. The snap button fight strap has been added to this jersey.

This jersey, originally from the Wexler Collection, is accompanied by an LOA on Oilers letterhead with MeiGray registration.
